FAQ
How often will Willow Valley inspect my home?
Your membership includes one Spring Protection Visit and one Fall Protection Visit each year.
Does the plan include major repairs?
No. The Home Protection Plan is designed for inspection and preventative maintenance. Major repairs, structural work, roof replacement, major storm restoration and other work outside the plan are quoted separately.
What happens if you find something wrong?
We'll document what we find, explain the concern and recommend the appropriate next step. If repairs are needed, members receive priority access and applicable member savings.
Does the plan guarantee my roof won't leak?
No. No inspection or maintenance program can guarantee that storms, leaks or future damage will never occur. The goal is to identify potential concerns early and help you stay ahead of your home's exterior needs.
Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes. The agreement is for twelve months and automatically renews annually unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Members may cancel with written notice. Completed service visits are not refundable.
